It’s a “did you actually read it” quiz, not a general knowledge quiz. Here’s the whole thing in four steps.
Every answer is buried somewhere in an article we published this week: a number, a year, a name, a made-up agency. You cannot get these from the headline, and that's the whole point.
Ten questions on Monday, ten on Tuesday, ten on Wednesday. Each round is only playable on its own day, so a missed day is ten points you can't get back.
Each round is timed from the moment the questions appear to the moment you submit. Speed doesn't earn points; it breaks ties, and with 30 questions plenty of people will tie.
Name, email and phone number, filled in one time for the whole week. One entry per person, one round per day. The phone number is how we pay you.
Scores lock on Friday at midnight (Nigerian time). The highest total score across the week wins, and 30 is a perfect week. If two people tie on score, the faster total time wins; if they somehow tie on that too, whoever finished first takes it.
The winner is announced the following Monday alongside the new quiz, and paid to the phone number they entered with.
You’ll see your score the moment you submit, but not which ones you got wrong. That unlocks when the week closes, so nobody can pass the answers around while everyone else is still playing. Full rules.
