Kamsy, 24, entrepreneur and event planner from Imo State, has submitted the most efficiently circular profile of the season. Occupation: planning events. Hobby, the only one listed: "going out with friends." That is, attending events. This woman's work is organizing gatherings and her leisure is being at gatherings. She has achieved the LinkedIn singularity: the point at which career and personality merge into one seamless entity and the person becomes their own industry. Kamsy does not have work-life balance. Kamsy has work-work continuity.

The philosophical implications are serious. When Kamsy attends a friend's party, is she resting or conducting market research? When she plans a wedding, is she working or socializing in advance? Nobody knows, least of all her accountant, who cannot determine which outings are deductible. She is the only Nigerian whose entire existence could plausibly be filed as a business expense.

Professionally, however, she has walked into a masterstroke. Big Brother Naija is, structurally, one continuous ten-week event: parties every Saturday, tasks with staging requirements, birthdays, wager presentations, eviction ceremonies. Kamsy has entered the largest event in West Africa, as a guest. For the first time in her adult life, someone else is handling the logistics, and she gets to simply attend. This is not a competition for her. This is a paid vacation inside her own industry, a caterer finally sitting down to eat.

The risk is the professional reflex. No event planner can watch a poorly organized party and remain calm. By Week 3, when a house party's decor disappoints or a task presentation collapses into chaos, Kamsy's spirit will leave her body and begin redirecting traffic. She will start planning events she was not hired for, correcting arrangements nobody asked her to correct, the occupational disease of every Nigerian professional watching amateurs handle their sector. Doctors shout at Nollywood hospital scenes. Kamsy will shout at Biggie's seating chart.

Her mission statement says she came for visibility and to grow her brand, and the plan is sound: ten weeks inside a televised event is the ultimate portfolio piece. If she plays it well, she exits in October with the biggest credential in her industry,  'attended Big Brother Naija, took notes, would have done the lighting differently.' Booked and busy. Permanently. Simultaneously.
