Church Declares 3-Day Thanksgiving After Member Finds Legal Parking Space In Lekki On First Attempt
The church says it has verified Brother Tunde’s testimony after he entered Lekki Phase 1 and parked legally on the first attempt, without bribing security, circling twice, or surrendering his destiny to one boy in a reflective vest.

An atmosphere of intense worship reportedly broke out during Sunday's service after a visibly emotional church member shared what congregants have described as "one of the most undeniable miracles of modern Lagos."
Taking the microphone with tears in his eyes, Brother Tunde recounted how he had driven into Lekki Phase 1 around 2:15 p.m. on Saturday and, against all known laws of physics, immediately found a legal parking space directly in front of his destination.
"I didn't circle the block," he said, struggling to compose himself. "I didn't beg the security man. I didn't park two streets away. I just... parked."
The church immediately erupted into a standing ovation, with several members falling under the anointing while others shouted, "There is God o!"
The presiding pastor reportedly paused the service to confirm the testimony had been independently verified.
"We have seen healing. We have seen a breakthrough. We have seen promotion," the pastor declared. "But this... this is the first documented case of divine parking in Lekki."
Witnesses say ushers briefly suspended the offering to allow members touch the car keys Brother Tunde held aloft as a point of contact.
Meanwhile, several Lagos residents expressed cautious optimism.
"If God can do it for him," one woman whispered while looking at her car keys, "maybe I too can park near a restaurant without paying one boy ₦5,000 to 'watch' my car."
Following the testimony, churches across Lagos have reportedly introduced a new weekly prayer point titled "Operation Secure Parking Space," while Christian bookstores have begun selling anointed keyholders promising "favour before parking attendants."
At press time, Brother Tunde's testimony had inspired hundreds of Lagosians to drive to Lekki "just to test their faith," while one unbeliever reportedly accepted Christ immediately after witnessing someone reverse effortlessly into a space outside a fully booked café.
Even skeptics admitted there are some miracles science simply isn't ready to explain.
